The Envirolink Northwest Garden is a contemporary space featuring modern garden design and low carbon products all sourced from businesses in the Northwest region. Products featured include energy efficient lighting powered by solar panels, recycled glass chippings and recycled wood substitute. The garden has been designed for a young working couple who need to relax and unwind. Tree ferns disguise the urban backdrop, the seating areas are enclosed by planting to soften the hard landscaping and the colour scheme of purple and green creates a relaxing ambience. Envirolink Northwest is funded by the Northwest Regional Development Agency and the European Regional Development Fund and supports the development and growth of the energy and environmental technologies and services (ETS) sector in England?s Northwest.
