to add body to flavourless red wines. Grape
‘Dornfelder’ produces good sized grapes blue-black
grapes which ripen well in the UK and have one of the
best flavours when used for desserts, or making wine
and juice. This easy to maintain variety has medium
vigour and good disease resistance. |

packed bunches, that will need thinning. When fully
ripe they have a light Muscat aroma and an excellent

Grape Black Hamburg
('Schiava Grossa') |

vigorous grape vine that grows well in a greenhouse,
as well as outside against a south or south-west
facing wall. It is one of the easiest
grapes to grow, though only sets fruit outdoors after
a long, hot summer. In a greenhouse it sets freely,
producing large bunches of sweet tasting dark red or
purple grapes year after year. |

Table Grape Moscato - Vitis vinifera |
| This
delicious dessert grape is pot grown to restrict is
size, keeping it compact and manageable. It can grow
in a container over many years, producing heavy crops
of up to 15lbs (7kg) of fruit. With its bright autumn

it will appreciate being grown against a warm and
sunny, south-facing wall with protection from cold

| White coloured, fruity continental grape. Very hardy and easy to grow, will fruit readily in all areas of the UK, particularly if afforded a sunny sheltered position. Supplied in approx 2 litre containers. Grape vines have been grown in Britain as far back as the Roman times. They are tough plants that don't take up much space and can be planted at the back of borders, along fences or climbing up pergolas. |

vigorous vine that is decorative, as well as edible,
with 3 - 5-lobed, fresh green leaves which turn rich
red and orange in autumn. During the summer, small
clusters of green grapes develop, later ripening to
black in autumn. The grapes are small and sweet but
full of pips and are best left as a decoration on the
vine. |
