Large Duo Ball Topiary - Buxus sempervirens Large Duo Ball Topiary - Buxus sempervirens
An unusual buxus topiary, with a large ball, approx diameter 50cms at the base, a clear stem of around 20cms, then another ball on top of this, diameter approx 30cms. These really look the business, and are absolutely stunning in a teak planter flanking a doorway, arch or entry to your property. Supplied as pictured in approx 10 litre containers.
Ensure that the soil or compost is never allowed to dry out. Carefully cut back plants grown as hedges or topiary in mid- or late summer. Carry out rejuvenative pruning in late spring. After pruning apply a top-dressing of a balanced slow-release fertiliser such as blood, fish and bone (organic) or Osmacote (inorganic) around the base of the plant, ensuring that none touches the leaves or stems.
