Lawson's Cypress 'Columnaris' - Chamaecyparis lawsoniana Lawson's Cypress 'Columnaris' - Chamaecyparis lawsoniana
Lawson's Cypress (Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana 'Columnaris') is perhaps the most famous blue, slender, hedging conifer. It is one of the most decorative varieties and keeps its fine colour in winter. This shrub is very strong and dense with a bush-like habit. Plant 3 per metre.

Juniperus chinensis Stricta' - Dwarf Slow Growing Conifer
Dense, ascending branches of aromatic, soft blue-green leaves, retained all year, and spherical, violet-brown cones. The foliage of this narrowly conical coniferous shrub turns steely-blue in winter. It's an attractive and hardy specimen plant for a sunny or partly shady shrub border, coping well with dry, chalky and sandy soils.

Maintenance Free Lawn!
Prostrate Juniper (Juniperus Horizontalis 'Wiltonii') is the ideal substitute for a lawn as it is an evergreen ground cover. Just imagine - you'll never have to mow the grass and can even be walked on! This evergreen conifer has a dense, trailing growth habit.

Tsuga canadensis Jeddeloh
Dwarf, spreading mound with center of plant forming a unique, depressed funnel shape, often referred to as ''bird's nest.'' If planting a selection of conifers, this is a must for low cover and contrast to taller varieties.

Colorado Spruce 'Lucky Strike' - Shrub - Picea pungens 'Lucky Strike' Colorado Spruce 'Lucky Strike' - Picea pungens
Colorado Spruce 'Lucky Strike' is an evergreen conifer. This beautiful spruce has a relatively open shape and ascending growth habit. The height of the Colorado Spruce 'Lucky Strike' can reach up to about 120 cm after ten years. Its needles are reddish-green, although there are light green needles at the tips of the new branches. Thuja occidentalis 'Teddy' - Dwarf Slow Growing Conifer
Neat little round bush of soft green juvenile foliage which turns purple in winter.

Blue Colorado Spruce - Picea pungens 'Glauca Globosa' Blue Colorado Spruce - Picea pungens 'Glauca Globosa'
Blue Colorado Spruce is an evergreen conifer. It is a slow-growing dwarf spruce with compact habit and an intense blue colour. Originates from the Colorado mountains. This is an ideal subject for the rockery or the front of the border. It looks attractive and unusual in a patio planter. The height of the Blue Colorado Spruce grows to slightly more than one metre, after ten years. Its blue-green needles are stunning. New needles grow at the tips of its branches which have a yellow tint when they are young; this creates a striking contrast.

Thuja occidentalis Rheingold
A neat small conifer, this makes a compact, squat-conical shape with rather stringy textured foliage which, in summer, is brassy-gold. In late spring, the new growth adds pinkish-bronze highlights, especially towards the top of the plant and, in winter, the foliage becomes strongly orange-toned. Its good colour, shape and size make it useful in smaller gardens as a feature plant.

Even young trees are adorned with pretty, violet-blue cones that grow up to 7 cm long. Extremely elegant, pyramidal growing habit. Highly decorative. Height supplied 30-40 cm.

Conifer Hedging
