Botanical Art at Fulham Palace |
|
The beautifully restored
historic palace at Fulham in London is the venue for
a botanical art exhibition organised by the RHS and
Fulham Palace. Works by six contemporary RHS gold
medal-winning artists, including Brigitte Daniel’s
picture of Primula auricula ‘Queen Bee’, Regine
Hagedorn’s Rosa pimpinellifolia and Ann Swan’s
illustration of corn from the RHS Lindley Library
are on show alongside pieces loaned by collectors
and the artists themselves. Free Admission. |

Tea Rooms and Nursery at The Hop Farm, Kent |
| The
launch of the Tea Rooms and Garden Nursery will
feature a massive choice of the best quality
flowers, plants and shrubs, local art displays,
daily advice and talks from gardening and hopping
experts. From 11am until 3pm daily, The Hop Farm
will provide free access and parking to the event,
as well as £5 off when you spend £20 on all
plants at The Hop Farm’s nursery, as well as a
free glass of local wine from Biddenden Vineyards
and free home-made fudge. |
