Tulip (Tulipa) is a genus of about 100 species of flowering plants in the family Liliaceae.

They are perennial bulbous plants growing to 10-70 cm tall, with a small number of strap-shaped, waxy-textured, usually glaucous green leaves and large flowers with six tepals. The fruit is a dry capsule containing numerous flat disc-shaped seeds.
Tulips are among the most versatile of all Spring bulbs. The range is enormous and by careful selection they can provide a fine display from as early as February until the end of May.

  Varieties available online.............

Tulip Apeldoorn

Apeldoorn is one of the most well-known tulips around the world! Its huge flowers grow on sturdy stems and the brilliant red color makes this variety especially attractive.

Tulip Atlantis

The Atlantis is a rare two tone bloomer. It's a cheerful tulip that does well in containers. These bulbs are to be admired in our office where we planted them in our window boxes.

Tulip Burning Heart

Large globular head opening creamy yellow turning to creamy white. Outer petals have a blood red stripe at the center, inner ones have a broader feathering.

Tulip Candy Club

Ivory with violet flush and edges, 4-5 per stem.Tall, bunch flowering tulips produce up to 4-5 flowers per stem. Brilliantly colored, large flowers are cup shaped and create a sensational garden display or an elegantly simple bouquet. Supply limited, order early.

Tulip Christmas Marvel

Christmas Marvel has a very delicate colour. Its flower is cherry pink with a satiny texture and a fine, sweet scent. Its moderate height make it a good choice for forcing indoors, and it makes a dramatic show when planted in large numbers in early spring beds. Single Early Tulips bloom before any of the long stemmed tulips and create a fabulous effect in the garden with their flashing bright colors and egg shaped blooms.

Tulip Crème Upstar

A favorite for many gardeners. The soft peach and yellow double flowers with faint green speckles and beautiful, magenta-rose edges, appear late in the Tulip season on sturdy, relatively short stems. Truly splendid!

Tulip Day Dream

Changing in color throughout the duration of its bloom, this magical flower is varying shades of soft apricot, warm orange and yellow with a rosy glow. Fragrant. Darwin hybrid tulips are best known for their tall, strong stems, large long-lasting blooms and brilliant colors. They are great choices for bedding and make excellent cut flowers. These tulips perennialise well and perform well in warm climates.

Tulip Dreaming Maid

An ethereal beauty whose subtle colors deepen as the long-lasting blooms mature. The soft violet tones of these shimmering petals fade to white at the edges.

Tulip Estella Rynveld

One of the most showy and popular of all tulips, this feathered parrot type is blazing red with prominent, white flames.

Tulip Gavota

Rich Maroon & Yellow, mid season variety, a new and elegant look.

Tulip Happy Generation

An eye catching flower of ivory white with prominent bright turkey red flames up the center of each petal. The deep blue green foliage broadly edged with silvery white adds to its charm.
